Based on the south coast near Bournemouth and the New Forest, I bring a lifetime of nurturing experience and professional expertise to my role as a doula.
MY BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
With a formal background in childcare and development, I spent many years managing nurseries and preschools, and creating sensory environments for young children. This foundation in early development naturally led me toward a holistic approach to birth and parenthood. I am a lifelong learner, dedicated to staying updated with the latest evidence-based information so that I can provide you with the most reliable guidance possible.
WHY I DO WHAT I DO
My path to becoming a doula is rooted in my own experiences as a mother of three and a grandmother. Witnessing the birth of my granddaughter was a transformative milestone. I understand firsthand that the journey to parenthood is not always easy, which is why I am so passionate about advocating for your voice and your choices.
